PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT Information about you that you provide us directly when you optionally create an account are your email address, password, full name, phone number, birthday, address DigiD username, DigiD password, BSN number and preferred language. Your full name is used as a label for your account, and in addressing you in email communication that you may opt in to receive. Your email address is used as a unique identifier of your account, it is part of your login credentials and is where all our email communication you opt into is sent. Your password is part of your login credentials. It is stored in an encrypted format that nobody, even we, can decrypt or thus read. Your phone number is used to potentially contact you regarding important account information or updates about the app. Your birthday is used to verify your identity and may be used for occasional greetings. Your address is used for verification purposes and may be pre-filled in forms within the app for your convenience. We utilize your DigiD credentials to securely access and verify your information with the Dutch Digital Citizen Service (DigiD) system. Your DigiD credentials are stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel when necessary. Your BSN is a unique identification number assigned by the Dutch government. We use this number solely for verification purposes and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Your BSN is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel when necessary. Your preferred language helps personalize your app experience by displaying information and features in your chosen language. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 Our website and mobile app are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information on our website or in our mobile app. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA Your password is not accessible by or shared with anybody. Not even we can access it. It is stored in an inaccessible encrypted format. None of the information entered by you is shared with anybody. Only you can edit and delete any of the data you entered. In the event you explicitly instruct us to edit or delete any of your data, we may do so on your behalf. THIRD PARTIES We physically store all the data we collect on secure servers at Rackhost Zrt. Being the fundamental hardware provider for our services, Rackhost has the technical capability to access any of our stored data, but under what circumstances they may do so is very strictly limited by law, their legal agreements and policies at https://www.rackhost.hu/terms. Our website and mobile app are being developed by the Ataraxia Kft, a General Data Protection Regulation compliant company. During the development of our services, Ataraxia Kft necessarily may come into contact with our stored data to the extent required to fulfill their assignments. Our data processing agreement with Ataraxia Kft strictly limits their access to the data, forbids any copying of the data for any reason, and specifies strong standards Ataraxia Kft and their employees must comply with. COOKIES, TRACKING IMAGES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES We do not use our own cookies or tracking images to track you. We partner with Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies on our website and in our mobile app through the use of cookies in order to analyze and track the usage of our services, determine the popularity of certain content, understand the demographics of and technologies used by users, and better understand online behavior. For troubleshooting and dispute resolution purposes we may record and store your IP address. DATA RETENTION We do not retain any of your personal data after you delete your account. We may retain IP addresses for troubleshooting and dispute resolution purposes. BUSINESS TRANSFERS, COMBINATINS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES As we develop our organization, we might donate, buy or restructure the organization or its assets.
